Drawing from my knowledge of anatomy, as well as, a love of yoga philosophy and Dharma, I aim to lead classes which both calm and enliven.

SATYA is a gentle movement practice which complements traditional yoga asana by mobilizing fascia while developing a ‘felt sense’ of our internal state.
