About 30% of American’s don’t get enough quality sleep and a lot of those folks either have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. A portion of people can’t sleep due to physical discomfort or pain, but the majority have trouble sleeping because of mental or emotional issues. You know what can help? Yoga! Here’s a short 20-ish minute yoga practice that is perfect for the end of your day. Ideally, you will start your wind down process – turn off screens, read something uplifting, maybe shower, brush teeth (and floss of course), dim the lights, and then do your yoga. After practice, just climb under the covers and drift off to blissful slumber.
