We'll meet online for three consultations. The first is more in depth and take about 75 minutes. The following two are 45 minute meetings are for checking in and updating your recommendations.

In Ayurveda everyone is a unique individual with a unique path to harmony and balance. We'll discuss your inate dosha balance and in what ways you are out of balance today.

Your Plan

With your dosha in mind, you will receive a prioritized list and implementation plan of recommendations including food choices, lifestyle practices, herbs, asana, meditation, and more.

Deeper Knowledge

Deepen your understanding of yoga through the lens of Ayurveda. Perhaps you've heard of the doshas or vayus? Those are Ayurvedic concepts! Knowing Ayurveda will deepen your ability to take yoga off the mat and into all aspects of your daily life.
