A sweet way to start your Sunday morning, this class ranges from Restorative pose to lightly vigorous flows. This is a great class for anyone who is a bit stiff, wants to take it easy on their joints, is new to yoga, or just wants a chill Sunday class. I follow an ongoing theme of strengthening our feet, ankles, knees and hips in support of lifelong healthy aging. Also, I’ll focus on releasing stress/strain from where we carry it in our body, such as, hips, shoulders, back, and jaw.
These classes are $15 per class and a 10 class pass is available for $140. Payments can be made in person by cash or check, or by Venmo @James-Sanders-25
