Wednesday Morning at Yoga & Wellness, San Anselmo

Join in for a unique yoga journey! We’ll begin with a gentle somatic movement practice designed to focus our mind in the present and engage our parasympathetic nervous system. From there we’ll move into more classic Hatha and vinyasa practices to build strength and mobility. At the end of class you feel both enlivened and relaxed, ready for the day.
