New Class on Wednesday Mornings!

Starting February 28, I’ll be teaching a 9AM class at Yoga & Wellness. So, that’s two times a week you can catch me at Y&W (also on Monday mornings), and all classes are both in-person and online.

If you haven’t been to one of my classes before, we’ll start off with gentle movements that engage our parasympathetic nervous system then we step on the gas to build strength and mobility. At the end of class you’ll feel both energized and relaxed.
