In 2024 I am embarking on a new adventure, earring my Yoga Therapy credential! This is a multi year program with lots of coursework involved, and I already feel the impact of the deeper learning on my yoga practice & teaching.

For the first several months of 2024, I have a class on most Tuesday evenings. So, I have to cancel my Tuesday evening classes in Woodacre through April.

In the meantime, please come to my Wednesday classes in San Anselmo. You can see that schedule and pay for classes at Sienna Smith’s Yoga & Wellness site. I will hopefully add another evening course in Woodacre soon, but it’s not set yet.
