Are you looking for yoga without joining a crowded class? Do you feel not quite ready to learn yoga while everyone is watching? Maybe you have injuries or concerns that need special attention? Private yoga sessions are perfect for you! These sessions are great for individuals or couples and can be offered in a local studio or in your own home.
Together we will create a highly customized yoga practice to suit your needs. This can be as gentle and restorative or as vigorous and challenging as you need. All of my sequences a geared towards:
- Building strength for healthy aging
- Increasing flexibility and mobility
- Developing balance and coordination
- Finding calmness and clarity of mind
- Supporting healthy fascia (curious, read more in this post)
Private sessions can be 60 or 90 minutes and can be done in a studio in Woodacre, a studio in San Anselmo or in the privacy of your own home. We will begin with an initial consultation to discuss expectations and aspirations, and then jump into your our first session. If it seems right for you, we will schedule follow up sessions.
